20' Office Container with Storage

American Trailer Rentals has 20′ Office Containers with Storage. The 20’ office/storage combo container is our most popular mobile office. It is split between about 14’ of office space and 5’ of storage space, giving you the best of both worlds. The storage area can be accessed from the exterior container doors and is  furnished with a receptacle and light. On the inside you’ll be greeted by cold air from a central AC and heat unit that’s big enough to keep up with the FL heat!

Since the office is ground level, there is no additional set up like stairs required. Just hook up to 220V power and you’re good to! The interior office is equipped with lights, receptacles, built-in desk, drafting table, insulated drywall walls, industrial flooring, two windows with secure burglar bars, and a secure commercial steel door with deadbolt. The exterior dimensions are 20’ L x 8’ W x 8.5’ H and it can hold several people inside.
