40' Double Office Container

American Trailer Rentals has 40′ double office containers with storage for rent. The 40’ double office container is a fully built out office space which offers two separate office areas inside. They are divided between an interior wall which has a door, allowing access between the two offices inside. Each office also has its own exterior access with a secure commercial steel door with deadbolt. These offices are large and can hold multiple people, which is why they’re ducted throughout with central AC and heat. Since the office is ground level, there is no additional set up like stairs required. Just hook up to 220V power and you’re good to! The interior is equipped with lights, receptacles, built-in desk, drafting table, insulated drywall walls, industrial flooring, four windows with secure burglar bars, and two secure commercial steel doors with deadbolts. The exterior dimensions are 40’ L x 8’ W x 9.5’ H.
