Robin is the best, she helped us with our container very professional send pictures and pricing answered all of our questions. Muhammad the delivery driver was excellent he made sure everything was perfect before he left. He was very professional and polite. thank you so much guys you did a wonderful job you'll help me out in a tight spot and time was of the essence so I really appreciate everythIng. Today, we had a delivery of a 40’ Portable Storage and office combo delivery to the construction site. Unfortunately the ground was quite un-level and Mohamed the gentleman that had delivered the unit, could have easily said I’m sorry they’re nothing else we can do and left. He didn’t, he said I’m not happy with how it’s sitting and continued to work on it till he got it leveled. He was courteous and meticulous. Thank you American Trailer Rentals for great unit and thank you Mohamed for caring

My Company has been doing business with ATR for many years, and have had nothing but superior and reliable service.Dave is a very experienced driver and can get in tight spots and drop or pickup a unit with ease, like it was nothing. Even got out units lined up right next to each other, and able to get 4 units next to each other when we thought we would only have room for 3.The front office staff is amazing to deal with. They are quick to answer any question we might have in regarding to deliveries, pickups, and any type of billing. Even get detailed break downs of every charge sent with each billing, and upfront notice of any type change that might be made.If you are ever in need for a storage container or office container, I would highly recommend doing business with them….we wont go anywhere else!

Talked with Savannah and purchased two units from her in April. She communicates very well and kept me informed every step of the way. Delivery was scheduled as soon as the decals were installed and even followed up to let me know when delivery was complete. Super Service with great product!

This company is amazing. From the very beginning, they were quick to answer to all of our questions. I was amazed by their responsiveness and how easy it was to get details, and schedule the delivery.We have a pretty narrow gate, and the driver was able to navigate in. I was holding my breath the entire time.We enjoyed working with this company and will definitely call them again when we need another shipping container. I cannot recommend them enough. They even sent a thank you card after our purchase! :-O
