You may have seen our handsome storage containers all over Central Florida, but did you know we also offer office containers? These are not like your run-of-the-mill office trailers, which are essentially stick-built offices on wheels. Our office containers are built to be durable, secure, easily transported, and EASY to set up!
Whether you need a temporary office for a construction site, extra workspace for your business, a jobsite office, or just need a little more room for your growing operation, an office container can be a great solution. They give you a dedicated, enclosed workspace without the hassle and commitment of building a permanent structure.
But how does one set up a office container? What’s required? What about electrical? Can I get internet? Trust us, it’s easier than you think!
Ordering a Container
We’ll need to get to know each other before we send you one of our office containers. Give us a call today at 863-665-4459 or submit a quote request. We’ll set your account up and we’ll get you on schedule for delivery! We’ll work with you to make sure you get the right setup for your needs and have everything ready to go when your container arrives.
Delivery of the Container
We service all of Central Florida! We have amazing drivers who are experts in delivering containers! The most suitable sites for our containers will have firm, level ground, and meet the space needed in the photo above. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is ready for delivery, including having a clear, accessible area with enough space for our drivers to safely place your container. If you’re not sure whether your site will work, just give us a call and we’ll be happy talk things over and figure out a gameplan!
Setting up electrical
We don’t set up electrical on site, but any electrician or authorized personnel can connect your unit to direct power or a generator. We’ll send this info before delivery, but our units require 220V/30 Amps to run. If you wanted to use a generator, you can use a 10kW unit. This gives you some flexibility depending on what works best for your site and project. If you have any questions about the electrical requirements for a specific unit, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!
What about internet?
Our units do not come with internet service, but each unit will have a blank wall plate that provides access to a portion of conduit running to the exterior of the unit. This allows for internet service to be installed easily if desired. When you’re ready to set up internet, your preferred internet provider or a qualified technician can use this conduit to run the necessary lines from the exterior of the unit to the inside. This helps keep the installation clean and organized without having to drill through the walls of your unit. It’s a good idea to call your internet provider prior to deliver to ensure the can cover your location/install in a container.
Give our office a call at 863-665-4459 and talk to one of our friendly staff members today. Whether you’re ready to order, still figuring out what size container you need, or just have a few questions, we’re happy to talk things over and help you find the best option for your project. We look forward to hearing from you!
